-We ask that you please prepare an open-ended question for the session or subject in mind, however we can also formulate a question together during the appointment.

-We also suggest keeping a glass of water or bottle of water  &  snacks are fine, too.

-If you booked an appointment and never received confirmation don't worry, please kindly send us your information and we will reply quickly with a resolution.
