 A disclaimer is a statement that clarifies the rights and obligations of the parties in a coaching relationship. My Utopia, LLC disclaimer policy includes but not limited to the following:

My Utopia, LLC does not dispense medical advice or prescribe the use of any technique as a replacement form of treatment for physical, mental or medical problems by your doctor either directly or indirectly. My Utopia's intention is to offer a variety of information and tools to help the reader in their quest for Spiritual Growth, Emotional and Physical well-being.  We are not Mental Health Professionals and our Coaching Program is not a substitute for Therapy, Medication, or other Medical Interventions.  Sarah Freeland with My Utopia is not a Physician, Registered Dietician, or other Medical Professional, and coaching should not be used as a substitute for medical attention, or to diagnose or cure any medical condition. Furthermore, My Utopia is not a financial expert, giving securities or investment advice, or a tax professional, and that undertaking business strategies with the guidance of the coach is not a substitute for professional expertise.
